On 03.24.24 at approximately 1000 hours AST Soldotna received a report that Sean Spiers, 35 of Sterling, fled from his Third-Party Custodian. Investigation led to the apprehension of Sean in Seward along with Alana Scott, 24 of Soldotna. Sean was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial on charges of Escape 3, VCOR, and MICS 5. Alana was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial on charges of Conspiracy to commit Escape 3 and Hindering Prosecution 1.

On 03/25/24 at 1330 hours, AST received a report of a male in a Wasilla area subdivision posting harassing communication on social media to several members of the community. Investigation continues into the incident.

On 03/25/24 at 1213 hours, AST responded to an MVC with multiple occupants injured on Vine Road near Knik Goose Bay Road in Wasilla. Investigation revealed 2 pick-up trucks collided head on at the crest of the hill on Vine Road. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with significant leg injuries. Impaired driving is not believed to be a factor in the incident. Investigation continues into the cause of the crash.

On 03/24/2024 at approximately 1903 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on O'Daniel Road in Houston for a report of a burglary in progress. Investigation led to the arrest of Timothy Moehring, age 38 of Wasilla, Sarah Brooks, age 38 of Wasilla, and Dustin Walberg, age 27 of Wasilla, for the charges of Burglary I, Attempted Theft II, Criminal Mischief III, & Criminal Trespass I. All three were remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

On 03/24/2024 at approximately 2236 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving injury on Fairview Loop near Cotten Road in Wasilla. Investigation revealed a red 2004 VW Jetta was east on Fairview Loop when the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, went in the ditch, and struck a tree. An occupant of the vehicle sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Investigation into this incident is ongoing. High speeds and not wearing seatbelts were contributing factors.

On 03/25/2024 at approximately 0233 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to an address on Rae Lane in Palmer for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation led to the arrest of Raymond Clement, age 54 of Palmer, for Assault IV DV. Clement was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

On 03/25/2024 at approximately 0715 hours, MATCOM received a report of a domestic disturbance near West Ryan Circle and Highcrest Lane in Wasilla. AST contacted Simon John Unin, age 42 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Unin recklessly caused physical injury to another family member, intentionally caused damage to an item valued at approximately $25.00 belonging to the same family member, and failed to register a change of address as a sex offender. Unin was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was remanded on charges of Assault in the 4th degree, Criminal Mischief in the 5th degree, both per domestic violence, and Failure to register as a sex offender in the 2nd degree and held on no bail.

On 03/21/2024 at 0506 hours the Alaska State Troopers received a call about a disturbance near Dredge Ln. Larry Foxglove was intoxicated and yelling at his uncle outside of the trailer home. I contact Larry and told him numerous times to stop yelling. Larry was remanded to FCC for disorderly conduct without incident.

On 03/25/2024 at approximately 1217 hours, Fairbanks AST responded to the area of University Avenue and the Mitchell Expy for a report of an intoxicated male walking in the roadway. Troopers contacted a male who provided a false name and was later identified as Christopher Vaughn (24) of Fairbanks. Investigation revealed that Christopher was involved in a theft that was reported earlier to the Fairbanks Police Department. A routine check in APSIN revealed that Christopher was on Conditions of release stemming from court case (4FA-24-00355CR) with one of the conditions being not to possess or consume alcohol. Christopher was arrested on charges of Theft 4, False Info and VCOR and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center without incident.

On 03/25/2024 at 0410 hours the Alaska State Troopers were called to Gradelle for a disturbance. Upon arrival AST knocked on the apartment door, Randy Galloso was inside the apartment. A routine check in APSIN/NCIC showed that Randy had a warrant. Randy was remanded to FCC without incident.
